I have been here since March of 2021 and wanted to give it enough time to give a good review. This is a fantastic place to live. The location is great and accessible, the complex itself is beautiful inside and out and priced very competitively for how nice it is. It is well maintained and both the front office staff and maintenance are quick to respond and very understanding. The whole move-in process was enjoyable and painless. The only gripe I have is with the trash, in that some residents do not follow the rules on where, when and how to put their trash outside and there can and should better enforcement of it. There is also frequent overflow at the dumpster that could probably be handled better. However, these matters don’t really affect me personally so they are easy to overlook. This is an excellent apartment living experience. I honestly think if I ever move to this area again I want to live here again. There’s nothing better than a small community that knows you by name and treats you like family. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great place to live in the área. There are a lot of new apt locations open around this area and they are new, but this place is like new at a much affordable price. I could not tell the difference between this and the newer location across the street except on the price!
