In fact, Kathleen Quinn and her family in Avon are paying $1,000 a month for a mortgage on their four-bedroom, 3-1/2-bath home with a big fenced-in backyard, in a family-friendly neighborhood down the street from an elementary school. Importantly, when you compare Euclid to other communities of similar population, then Euclid crime rate (violent and property crimes combined) is quite a bit higher than average.
