I try to look at thr best of things cause that how i am. But i couldn’t be more disappointment with these apartments i won’t take long writing this but ill name off a few things ive expiriance while being here. One management does not genuinely care for you problem i use their active building app to send in a work order took about 4 days after my down stairs nieghtboors were flooded again making me look like the bad guy. I appreciate the maintenance worked for advising me to call them or flag him so it gets done. Moving in was less than cleanly if i would’ve known it was gonna be dirty i would’ve pre cleaned it myself in the time it took for the paper eork to go trought. Rodents and insects are another issues there’s only so much that pest control can do cause their not familiar or know your issues just what thier told from management which isnt much had to start purchasing my own insect repellent but it gets worse rodents has scared off a neighbor from my understanding she had to pay to move cause their were 5 rodents in her apartment i found one in mine another was captured by my roommate and one more eating my food which am not gonna be completed for. Another issue that i consistently have is the lack of communitcation management has with thier residents with maintenance issues and the turning off of certain utilities I had be reassured that it will never happen again or that it’s my fault for getting into an older apartment rude if you ask me but as they said they run a business which fluctuates when said utilities will work or when they won’t i tried talking to management but I give up. My down stairs neighbors think am causing thier apartment flooding so we have bad vibes going home. The breaking into apartments from the homeless and police raid in another the last minute or no advisement of utilities being turned off. I will not be staying here just horrible experiences.
