There was a call made from our owner ******************* to ********************* to gain clarity and resolution on the incident in question. ************** apologized and explained that we followed Colorado DMV law by submitting the title paperwork within the 30 days allotted by ********. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for all state law requirements as we are a ******** based business. While we certainly understand where ********************* is coming from, we can’t share responsibility for this dispute.When ***** came to the dealership we looked at a **** to compare the 1500. Later on once we approved her for the incoming truck that she wanted she asked me if the monthly payment could change if she put her husband as a cosigner I told her It could because of the amount she made monthly and her husband made more (I only knew this because she brought it up ) but we would only know if we ran the numbers to which she agreed with and proceeded with giving me all of her husbands information. The next day ***** called me upset regarding to her credit being pulled we went over everything that was said the day prior to us running the credit we both came to an Agreement that she was upset that we ran her credit but she understood why we did it and she clearly told me she wanted actual numbers on the vehicle .She wasnt upset at this point but then a few days passed and I found out that she called the dealership asking for a manager I called her the same moment that I knew she called to the dealership to see what the misunderstanding was and again we both agreed and left it as that she wasnt upset or anything as we went over the same situation multiple times.
