Tire and Wheel Packages: For Canadian orders, if you are buying wheels and tires, the tires are mounted on to the wheels and Hunter Road Force balanced before packaging. Then a sheet of foam is placed over the wheel’s face, as well as two layers of cardboard. A single layer of cardboard is put on the back of the wheel, and the entire assembly is strapped together with polypropylene strapping. For an additional charge an OPTIONAL Wheel Installation Kit (NUTS or BOLTS) is included in your package, which comes with either nuts or bolts (depending on vehicle), hub centric rings (if applicable) and valve stems. Hardware is sealed in its own small box and securely attached inside one of the wheel / tire assemblies. A label indicating “Hardware Enclosed” will be affixed to the package that contains the hardware.

Wheels: When you are buying wheels only, we use the original boxes, when possible. We then add an additional box on the outside for maximum impact protection. The wheel itself is also wrapped in protective plastic, cloth cover, or foam sheet over the face to protect it from cardboard chafing. Depending on the size, wheel boxes are sometimes strapped together in pairs to provide additional protection during shipping (i.e. an order of 4 wheels will contain 2 tracking numbers).

After receiving a wheel submitted by a distributor for inspection, Black Rhino will inspect the wheel and notify the distributor if the wheel is covered by the warranty. If Black Rhino determines the wheel is covered by the warranty, Black Rhino will issue a credit note to the distributor for the amount the distributor paid Black Rhino for the wheel.
To submit a wheel for determination of coverage, a distributor must first obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number from an authorized Black Rhino salesperson. Wheels sent to Black Rhino without first obtaining a Returned Goods Authorization number will be refused and returned to sender. After obtaining the Returned Good Authorization number, THE DISTRIBUTOR WHO PURCHASED THE WHEEL FROM BLACK RHINO must send the wheel by freight prepaid, as freight costs, shipping costs and any consequential damages are not covered by the warranty, to Black Rhino headquarters in Brea, California for inspection by Black Rhino. The invoice of the original purchase must be included with the wheel so Black Rhino can verify the wheel is being submitted for coverage under the warranty by the original purchaser. A customer of a distributor cannot directly send a wheel for inspection to Black Rhino as Black Rhino does not communicate, correspond or deal in any way with the customers of Black Rhino’s distributors. The picture is for illustration purposes only, so sometimes may show 4 holes, sometimes 5, but the wheels will be suppied in the correct stud pattern for your car. Once you select your vehicle details on our webiste, the website will only display wheels that ARE MADE in the correct stud pattern (PCD) for your car.
A) With the majority of our wheels we include a FREE fitting kit, which includes a brand new set of wheel bolts or nuts, dependant on vehicle specification, and 4x Free Spigot rings (if required). There are some alloy wheels which are designed to accept the original OE wheel bolts or nuts, in which case we do not supply new bolts or nuts. This is particularly common with some Porsche and Van fitments, and we do indicate on the final product page whether the bolts/nuts are included.
IMPORTANT: Our high-quality PCD Variation Bolts safety adjust the stud pattern of the wheel to perfectly match the stud pattern of your vehicle. The bolt locates perfectly into the hub of the vehicle, whereas a locating washer on the bolt aligns with the wheel to achieve a safe fitment.
A) Finance repayments are setup via direct debit, and will be deducted from your bank account every month starting from 1 month after you have initiated the finance agreement (paid your deposit).
These Beadlock wheels are intended for Off-Road use ONLY. The front and/or rear rim is detachable allowing you to lock the tyre bead to the wheel which is particularly useful when reducing the tyre presure for traction on sand or rocks, stopping the tyre beads slipping off the wheel.
