Survivors are two brothers, Aaron Caldwell, Jr. (Glenda) of Rogers, Major Caldwell of Washburn, Mo. ; two sisters Frankie Crain (Jim) of Rogers, Rosemarie Booth (Ron) of Bella Vista.
He was born May 24, 1951 in California to Arley Aaron Caldwell Sr. and Carmella Cosolo Caldwell. He moved to Pea Ridge in 1972 from California to make his home. He worked at the old Texaco Station at the stop light in downtown Pea Ridge for many years and retired from Small Stock Enterprises. He was a car and motorcycle enthusiast and had many long time friends in the Southern Brotherhood. He is preceded in death by his parents.Caldwell held a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Bethel University as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wiley College. He graduated from Harvard Kennedy School.

“I miss him dearly. I miss my friend, my brother, my mentor. Marshal Caldwell was a great guy, a great boss, a great friend and most importantly he was a great mentor,” said Interim Shreveport Marshal James Jefferson.
Caldwell was pronounced dead after he fell overboard near Destin, Fla. and failed to resurface. His body was later discovered by a kayaker in the Gulf of Mexico.
