PARKING REGULATIONS: ALL vehicles must display an English Towers parking permit YEAR ROUND. Owners must have current (burgundy) ETCA permits. Each owner has been issued 4 parking permits per unit to be used for owners and/or their guests. Please Note: Building Administrative Fee of $50 must be paid if owner does not provide a parking permit to their family members and/or guests.Additional parking (IF AVAILABLE) is $10/per day or $60/week. “Daily” parking passes are also available for guests who just come to visit for the day (not overnight). Please have day visitors come to the office for a daily parking pass. BOOTING AND TOWING FINES ARE IN EFFECT for those who do not have proper parking permit(s). If you have any questions regarding these procedures, feel free to call the office (410-524-4196). The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups such as high school or college graduates. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies and Guest will not be permitted to occupy the premises.

My Mother, Sister and myself stayed there for 3 nights the end of August 2016. We stayed in unit 404. It was convenient to parking and elevators. The unit itself was just beautiful and extremely comfortable. The on line picture did not do it justice. . The décor was very relaxing and the view of the bay was very tranquil. The mattress just sucked me in..LOL. It was conveniently located just minutes from the quiet end of the beach and the delicious seafood and steak buffet at Bonfire Restaurant. The people at Coastal Sales and Rentals were very helpful and hospitable. The property was clean and well maintained. The only tiny problem was the air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom did not get cold enough for my family. The temp in the 1st bedroom was perfect. We were having such a good time, we didn’t report it to anyone though. My family and I had a wonderful stay and I would recommend Bay Princess to anyone

And after long days at the beach, coming to the condo was sweet and well air conditioned. This was our first stay in Ocean City, but it won;t be our last.
We loved staying at this very quiet, clean and cool (a/c works really well) home. It was the perfect base for swimming and exploring Ocean City as well as visiting Assateague. We loved the ocean club and the beaches are fabulous – and non-smoking (new this year). The life guards are great. Assateague is stunning – beaches, crabs, ponies, bird life. Closer to the house – great bagels and a large grocery store are less than 10 minutes away. Pools in Ocean Pines are nice too. Comfortable beds for everyone. Loved having a grill too. Great indoor porch and nice front porch. House is clean and well kept. Kitchen was well stocked with pans etc. Dishwasher very quiet – we could watch a movie and have it running. Great place – we will be back!
