Gate 44 Human Design

As mentioned before, the first step is to create time and space to actually hear your own inner wisdom. And that means time and space that is completely free from the influence of other people’s thoughts, ideas, and insights. I call this “pure aura time.”And whether you have gate 43 or not, we all fear that our own inner wisdom, insights, and ideas will be rejected. So, we ignore ourselves and yield to the opinions of others.What does your fear of rejection sound like in your own mind? What bullshit stories does it tell you about your own inner wisdom? Are you willing to make different choices, even when that voice is loud and demanding?On the other end of the spectrum, Human Design Gate 43 is the energy for listening to others instead of listening to your own inner wisdom. This clouds your ability to hear your inner truth and can cause worry, doubt, or confusion.

But, the most important thing to raise the frequency of gate 43 is to commit to trusting your inner wisdom and take other people’s thoughts and ideas with a grain of salt.

It leads you to a life of the Human Design not-self themes (frustration, bitterness, anger, and disappointment).

And, I can definitely say that it has been a lifelong struggle for me to listen to my own inner wisdom instead of listening to other people’s insights and advice. My own fear of rejection convinces me that my inner wisdom is not enough. The official name for Human Design Gate 43 is The Gate of Insight. But I call it The Listener Within because its primary action is to tune into ideas that create breakthroughs. So, no matter where you are on the spectrum of making space to HEAR your own inner wisdom, I challenge you to expand your capacity for your deserving by making just a little more.It can be as simple as driving to work or washing the dishes in complete silence, without podcasts, music, or audiobooks. It can be taking an extra three minutes on your pee break at work. It can be a tiny moment of placing your hand on your heart and breathing. There I was, my body completely vulnerable, sweat drying into a gritty mess on my skin, and deep, snotty sobs pouring out of me. Surrounded by hundreds of strangers. My husband isn’t a “spiritual” kind of guy. At the beginning of our relationship, I asked him what he thinks about God, and he literally said, “I don’t.”On the “negative” end of the spectrum, Human Design Gate 22 is the energy for believing that you do not deserve the beauty, love, or grace in your life. It represses emotions, lives from a place of emotional reactivity and ignores responsibility for it’s emotions through blame, victimization, and finding fault.

There were hundreds of people, and we were mat to mat. The official name for Human Design Gate 22 is The Gate of Openness. But I call it The Graceful Gaze because its primary action is to offer grace and compassion, to yourself and others, in the presence of pain and suffering, especially in shame.On the “positive” end of the spectrum, Human Design Gate 22 is the energy for offering grace to yourself and others. Gate 22 understands that the full range of emotions, from the heights of ecstatic bliss to the dirtiest darkest pits of shame, are simply human. Because of this understanding, Gate 22 is able to see the whole world as an astounding place of beauty, abundance, and love.

The unconscious side of our chart is a gateway into healing. Those gates represent the primary “shadow” that “blocks” the highest expression of the conscious side of the chart.And when I look at gate 44 in that context, it is really interesting to me because I’ve recently been noticing how my relationship with making mistakes is changing. And as that happens, I can more easily create “positive” purpose and meaning in my life.

I am just past my Uranus Opposition, which means that the primary “block” to the highest expression of my conscious north node (human design gate 28) is now gate 44.

What really matters is now and the thoughts, emotions, and actions we are cultivating in the present moment. They are what move us into a brighter, and infinitely abundant, future (human design gate 26).And our nodes are like containers that we watch our purpose unfolding inside of. Before and after our Uranus Opposition, we can see our purpose unfolding “inside” of the frequency of the gate in the south and nodes, respectively.

And in the cases where revisiting the past is helpful, it must be done with compassion (human design gate 36), forgiveness (human design gate 4), and Grace (human design gate 22).With this knowing, it can guide others to break painful patterns from the past. It uses those patterns as a way to learn, grow, and, most importantly, forgive.On the “negative” end of the spectrum, Human Design Gate 44 is the energy of being afraid to repeat mistakes from the past and using those mistakes as a “reason” to not move forward. This internal resistance to the mistakes of the past actually prevents the ability to transform, learn, and grow.

But, the most important thing to raise the frequency of gate 44 is to be curious and compassionate about the mistakes you’ve made in the past and see what you can learn from them. And most importantly, don’t let fears from past mistakes stop you from moving forward.

The official name for Human Design Gate 44 is The Gate of Alertness. But I call it The Pattern Interrupter because its primary action is to sense the habitual patterns that need to be broken to create well-being and prosperity.

And, most importantly, I started to use the anger to shore up my boundaries, to become even more clear about what is mine and what isn’t, and to communicate that with more clarity than ever before.

It understands — logically — how humans work and how the patterns of the Universe flow. They see that in matters of the heart, forgiveness is often the only thing left to do.At the time of this writing, I have been creating the Human Design Gates Library for many months. I’ve written it in the order of the sun transits and only have a small number of gates left to go.And one thing that never ceases to amaze me is how the timing of the “due date” for each gate lines up with whatever is going on in my life, even though I am writing them a couple of months in advance of their sun transit.

Gate 4 has a deep inner knowing that forgiving isn’t the same as forgetting or permitting “bad” behavior. Forgiveness is letting go of the idea that the past should have unfolded differently.

It uses logic as a weapon against itself and others and sees problems everywhere and in everyone. Its mental intolerance leads to an inability to forgive and move forward.

If you don’t like the results that the “negative” side of the spectrum is creating in your life, you can raise the frequency of Gate 4 with a number of boundaries, practices, and tools.At first, when this projection landed, I went into defensive mode and could feel a sense of shame rising up. I started to question myself and wonder what I had done wrong. And this really magical thing happens where, from that perspective, I can see what actually is mine and what is theirs. When something is mine, I take full responsibility for it and I let the rest go. I’ve started operating on the assumption that everything is a projection. I’ve used blame and shame as a signpost that there is something “mechanical” happening rather than something personal.

Richard Rudd, the creator of the Gene Keys, says that the fifth lines main inner work is forgiveness. And I think that is because of the way the projection field works. We can’t stop the projection from happening because it is mechanical rather than personal. The only thing we can really do is be clear and let the rest go (aka forgive).And I now have a mental boundary of not taking the mental burden of other people’s projections. I let them bounce off of me and will no longer spend hours, days, weeks, months, years ruminating on them.On the “negative” end of the spectrum, Human Design Gate 4 is the energy for using misguided logic to perpetuate negative beliefs, emotional patterns, and behavior towards yourself and others.

I’m a 5/2 profile and as I’ve said a gazillion and a half times, my profile was the part of my chart that changed everything for me. It shifted my entire perspective on myself, my life, and the things I’ve experienced in relationships in an instant.I felt grateful for the incorrect projection. I felt grateful that this person had zero capacity to take responsibility for themselves and their decisions. I felt grateful that they poured their disappointment on me like hot honey.

The Gridworker’s mission is to create a grid of beings who work together and weed out the corruption all around the world. The awakening of her core human fractal represents the activation of a previously dormant code within the overall human program. As the core fractal is activated, it removes the virus that is wound around its genetic lineage.

You have a fear-based response to your early experiences in childhood, and it infects all your relationships. You may have had just one single disastrous relationship and then shut down out of fear of the same thing happening again. Although you may not show that on the surface, this fear causes you to unconsciously distrust all relationships. You may find yourself working and living with others, but at a subtle level you keep them at arm’s length. You feel haunted by your own past and rigidly defend yourself from ever experiencing love or pain again.The Gridworker has a close relationship to the Hypnotist (26). As a team, they know how to present anything so that the message is recognized. The Gridworker is friendly and welcoming and creates an atmosphere of healthy team dynamics, flow and co-creation. The Hypnotist is naturally convincing and artful with words and acts.

With intuitive awareness of whether the past is worth repeating or not, the Gridworker knows when history is about to repeat itself. Not only does she know where humanity is going if we keep repeating the same patterns and expect things to change for the better, she also senses where we are off course and how we can center back into balance and synarchy through true teamwork.

EMBRACE your shadows. Sometimes our shadows just need attention and love to be transformed. An embrace is a hug. We pull it in; we do not push away. Hug until it blends and transforms inside of you, revealing the GIFT within. The gift is then RELEASED within you and outside of you. You EMBODY the Siddhi when this essence vibrates through your whole being.

The Gridworker’s genius is to read others and she can literally smell the truth. She can feel if the other is in alignment with her own soul fractal. Much like the Maestro (50) she can sense which gifts, skills and potentials each person adds to the synarchy. With this instinctive knowledge, the Gridworker protects herself and her allies in their important and sometimes dangerous work– the quest for a world in harmony and equilibrium.

You keep making the same mistakes in relationships. Your instinct constantly misfires. Accordingly, you align yourself with those who really don’t respect you, who turn against you, or who, in business, are a drain on resources and are often just plain incompetent. You may keep breaking ties with certain people only to rediscover a similar pattern with the next person. What happens here is that your instinct cannot operate outside its own fractal, so you make alliances that are fraught with difficulties.The Gridworker also has a close relationship with the Inventor (24). Whereas the Gridworker mainly works with finding harmony and synergy with the other, the Inventor teaches us to find clarity and silence within the self. The Gridworker knows how to clean karmic interference patterns in the collective, and the Inventor knows how to silence the addiction patterns of our minds. With a mission this big, we must open our hearts and cast aside our pride. We cannot possibly eliminate corruption alone. We require allies. We require trust that is built on a strong foundation of self-trust. Let your intuition lead the way and through synchronicity and fate you will draw your soul sisters and brothers. Side by side, hand in hand, united we rise and together we stand. Divided we will fall, so together we stand, is a truth the Gridworker holds close to her heart. Each core fractal has a mission and a purpose. It is up to the Gridworkers of the world to use their intuitive senses to smell out and unite others on the same soul fractal. We come together, we weave together and we bring about change through teamwork.

The Gridworker has an instinctive memory where past experiences are held within the cellular memory of the body. She uses this to sense what is going on at any moment. If a person does not have his own Gate 26, people with 26 Gate may be attractive to him. Without Gate 26, 44 remain only the instinct of knowing people without the ability to manage them. The energy of the Gate 44 keeps the memory of what leads to success and what threatens it. They sense what needs to be done, with whom to establish a partnership in order to achieve material prosperity.This gate asks us to consider our relationship to our inner knowing around our own potential in certain areas, as well as the potential competence/ability of others. I’m leaning into becoming wise with this undefined energy. And I look forward to where I’ll go from here. Most recently, I’ve come to terms with the reality that this is my inner work. I’ll be healing layers and layers of that story until I take off the tight shoe called life.

When I was 19 years old, my car was repossessed because I didn’t make the payments. I didn’t know jack shit about how money actually works, had absolutely zero sense of the value I could bring to the world, and, most importantly, didn’t really understand the consequences of my choices.

In my post on Human Design Gate 54, I shared that I’ve been on quite the spiritual healing journey with money. My midheaven is in Gate 54 and I’ve come to see my relationship with money, especially as it relates to my business, as a critical part of my spiritual path. Having, making, and being a steward of money is a privilege. Meaning, when you have plenty of money, there are things you do not have to think about in order to survive and thrive. On the “positive” end of the spectrum, Human Design Gate 45 is the energy for leadership, money and wellbeing. To Gate 45 money is power and it is a master at managing, using, and distributing material resources (especially money) in service to family, friends, and community. Gate 45 is fully aware of both the spiritual and mundane power that money holds and wields it with equity.And like so many of my fellow spiritual seekers and creatives, in additiona to believing I was irresponsible with money, I also believed that money makes you evil.

I’ve become deeply aware of how often I tell myself I shouldn’t be spending money on this or that. I beat myself up when I didn’t foreshadow a financial emergency that pops up. I obsess over the percentage of income I donate to charities. You don’t have to worry about how the mortgage will get paid. Or how food will end up on the table, the price of eggs, or what store has this or that on sale. The lights staying on becomes a given rather than a game of Peter and Paul. And this is where it gets interesting to me because I did not have the privilege of money for most of my life. I was dirt poor as a kid and most of my adulthood was deciding what would get paid and what wouldn’t.You also need to pay close attention to various aspects like aesthetics, overall value, sturdiness, longevity, and maintenance while installing your commercial fence. In the low expression, your Gate 44 energy can be so strongly focused on learning the lessons of the past that you have a reluctance or even inability to move forward in life. This is “getting stuck in the past.”

-If the fear of repeating mistakes of the past is stopping you in your tracks, stop and take a few deep breaths. Make a list of a few useful lessons you’ve learned, then turn your attention to applying them as you move forward. Splenic fears can (and should) simply be pushed through.

I think it’s hilarious that I’ve planned a trip “back home” to see my 80-year-old mother exactly during this time! Every gate energy belongs to particular circuitry within the chart, which is like an electrical circuit board. This circuitry shows the evolutionary role of the gate energy and how the energy moves through the chart. Each Circuit Group has two Circuits within it.You have a knack for making things look good to influence others and even to sell things or ideas, though the energy for actually “closing the sale” rests in the other gate of this channel, Gate 26. You are creative and have an “eye” for what is appealing. And you can “spin” the past to make a good case for the message you want to convey.If you have the Gate 44 defined in your chart, you have an instinct—a “nose”—for sensing the usefulness of others’ natural skills and talents, and knowing how to apply these to benefit the group. All Splenic Fears are in-the-moment fears that feel so real they can stop us in our tracks and keep us from moving forward. But we are meant to simply push through them because they are not truly survival-related fears. They quickly dissipate when moved through, often never to return again (though it may take a few times of “doing” your fear to banish it permanently). Focus on using the high expressions of this gate to help you get past the fear.
