I have some experience with embroidery and sewing, but am new to cross stitch/needlepoint. Reiko and Caroline were so supportive as I browsed their gorgeous selection of canvasses. Other customers in the store were very friendly and gave me advice on types of designs to choose as a beginner. I found an amazing hand painted canvas design and Reiko and Caroline spent a lot of time walking me through the different types of threads and then helping me find the perfect colors for the piece. They are even special ordering a batch of one of my colors to make sure all of the skeins will be from the same dye run. I cannot recommend this place enough!””We had such a great time here!
