By Fall 2022, the workplace had changed irrevocably. HR leaders were struggling to keep up with rapidly evolving employee expectations, from remote and hybrid work to hiring transparency to robust DEI programs.
I had helped my agency George P Johnson win Indeed’s RFP to become their agency of record: now it was time to help them rebrand themselves as not just a job board, but a workplace thought leader.Some of my favorite experience enhancements included a digital interaction encouraging HR pros to give ex-cons a second chance in the workplace and a cafe experience designed to spark conversations around pay transparency (see left!).

We did just that: from renaming their flagship event to designing activations and making programming recommendations, we created an event that reflected what a progressive, forward-thinking corporation Indeed truly is.
I also couldn’t help but leap to my feet for a standing ovation after a spectacular panel: “Make Your Workplace Work for Women,” a conversation with Indeed CMO Jessica Jensen, Lena Waithe, Reshma Saujani and Jen Welter.

Attendees must be aged over 21 to attend the welcome party. If tickets are still available, we will accept on-site registrations at the Georgia World Congress Center on September 21st. However, as tickets are limited and may sell out, it is strongly recommended that attendees secure their spot ahead of time.

Indeed will be taking photographs and video throughout the duration of the event on September 20th and 21st. These photos and video footage will be used in future marketing promotions including but not limited to emails, social media, direct mail pieces, and much more. Please stop by the help desk located next to registration with any questions or concerns.
After you register, you will be prompted to book a hotel within the Indeed room block. We’ve negotiated a reduced rate for FutureWorks attendees at The Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center, the official conference hotel. More information on how to navigate the platform will be provided closer to the event.

For those unable to attend in-person, we are pleased to offer Indeed FutureWorks virtually so you can join us from wherever you are on September 21st, 2023.The Georgia World Congress Center features sidewalk ramps at all entrances as well as accessible restrooms and elevators. Wheelchairs are available free of charge on a first-come first-serve basis.

The Georgia World Congress Center is located at 285 Andrew Young International Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30313.
