The Delaware Celebration of Jazz, producer of the Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival, is a 501[c][3] non-profit corporation with our headquarters for over 30 years only in Sussex County, Delaware. Our goal throughout the years has been to raise money to help the Beebe Medical Foundation fund the Tunnell Cancer Center. The Tunnell Cancer Center has over 35,000 visits a year. Each year they have over 2,500 new patients, seeing approximately 150 patients each day. When a patron purchases tickets and donates to our cause, it helps us not only fight the devastating disease of cancer, but also contributes to the ongoing research & the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment for the Tunnell Cancer Center. Our efforts are to help our Sussex County family members and friends beat this disease and live a normal life while battling cancer.
Our Festival occurs every October on the weekend after Columbus Day (observed). Just select the day you are coming to view what’s happening that day. Calendar is updated daily! Too crowded and an hr and a half looking for parking on a 90 degree plus day didn’t help. Its probably a pretty nice place if you go there when there’s less traffic especially on holidays or holiday weekends. Overall I would give it another chance as there was lots to see on the boardwalk besides the sight of the beach that we couldn’t see off the boardwalk because of the tons of umbrellas that covered the sight overall. This is the version of our website addressed to speakers of English in the United States. Right in the center of town, this attraction frequently features live auctions. You can spend as little or as much time as you like since there is no admission fee, and you can spend as little or as much money as you desire. The auctions are fun and there are many good bargains to be found.The convention center is not that large, but it does it’s best to serve the growing town. It is a good place to go when they have estate auctions, also non-profit charity events.

    • This is a small venue but there are many events held here. It’s on the main drag so it’s easy to get to. Not too much to say about a convention center. It does serve its purpose in town.
