Thank you to the compassionate team at signature center. The new nurses are really amazing. The therapy crews amazing. The new administrator, ADON, DON, Social Service lady have really turned this place around. My dad was here 2 years ago had to take him AMA. Now its a totally different please. They just care about patients.
Thank you for the Amazing Service. The staff is friendly and responsive. I work with alot of companies through the Insurance companies. The ADON and DON is nice and SSD works hard. The team makes sure everything gets done.
Turnover is the percent of staff that stop working in a facility within a given year. Lower is better because staff that work at a facility for longer periods may be more familiar with the residents and procedures of the facility.
Amazing Staff, Place Turned around alot. Very responsive and Respectful to needs. Been to alot of nursing and always smells but this place always smells good.
Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.
This place has improved immensely. The new management has done some pretty impressive changes. The Nursing staff is well trained. My aunt was taken care of very well post surgery. Thank you
