Note: Once you have confirmed placement of the MHA on your belt, use the included threadlocker on all screws to ensure everything stays put. I bought this pad and use it as a holster pad for appendix carry. Attached via Velcro to the back of the holster and the perfect size. Kills all hot spots and can’t absorb sweat. This stuff needs to be offered in a cut to size kit. It’s way better than any of the wedge kits out thereWithout it the MHA would become an annoying pressure point after wearing the belt for a long period of time. But now it’s not. No muss, no fuss. Does the job, doesn’t get in the way.

Comes with a ton of hardware to mount your holster no matter what your situation is. Feels lightweight but still very solid. My draw is stable and smooth. Definitely recommend a leg strap if you can get one, but not the true north one it isn’t worth $30. I ran the safariland belt loops for some time on my Sam browne and let me tell you, being a skinny “bony hip” guy, that hurts after a while. This was such an upgrade and I wish I had bought it sooner! I have my QLS at the lowest setting and it works wonders by sitting close to the body and clearing up much needed space on my belt. One helpful piece of advice though, put the belt loops and screws on very loosely to have the MHA slide on more easily to the belt then tighten them once it’s at the appropriate spot you want it at. Took me forever when I realized I was installing it the wrong way and took forever to get it on. Other than that I love the product and don’t have the “hotspot” rubbing on my hip anymore Aside from being a little pricey, this is a great adapter overall. Well made and good quality. It would be nice if they included some kind of instruction/guidelines for setup. The leg strap is horrible though. Cheap attachment with a tiny nylon strap. Love this adapter and the adjustment it offers. If there is one complaint is it is a little pricey.This is simply an all around necessary product . If you’re running a tactical belt it lessens the amount of real estate that’s touching your body and obviously significantly more durable than plastic/polymer
